What you get for free
The free plan is not a demo or a 14-day trial. It is full free car rental management software with the same features every user has:
- booking calendar (car rental booking calendar) with drag-and-drop and double-booking protection,
- fleet: car profiles with photos, odometer, insurance and inspection dates, reminders,
- rental agreements and inspection reports generated from the booking (EN, PL, RU),

When to upgrade
A paid Pro plan is in preparation for businesses that need more than the software itself: support with guaranteed response times, staff accounts with permissions, an API and integrations. The price will be published on the pricing page before launch — check it for current car rental software pricing. Until then, everything is free.
How to start
- Sign up: company name, currency, e-mail and password — no card.
- Add your company details in Settings — they go into agreements and invoices.
- Add cars: photo, plate, odometer, deposit, insurance and inspection dates.
- Set rates: daily price, mileage allowance and excess mileage fee, with discounts for longer rentals.
- Create your first booking and print the agreement in one click.
